Studio 22 is a welcoming and intimate artistic haven situated within Beth's residence. Tucked away in a separate building, it offers a serene and focused ambiance for creative exploration. You can access the studio through the side door marked with the sign "Studio 22," inviting you into a space brimming with inspiration and artistic energy. With its cozy atmosphere and purposeful layout, Studio 22 provides an ideal environment for immersive workshops, classes, and artistic pursuits.

Join artist Beth Woessner for an immersive Watercolor Workshop focusing on the captivating world of pet portraiture. Whether you're a beginner or looking to enhance your skills, this workshop is designed to introduce or build upon your understanding of watercolors.

No Experience Needed! 🚫🎨

Workshop Highlights:

• Duration: ⏳ 3-hour workshop

• Techniques Covered: 🖌️ Learn basic washes and techniques to interpret fur, shadow, and texture, guided by Beth's guidance.

• Live Demonstrations: 👀 Watch Beth demonstrate the step-by-step process of building watercolor washes to bring your pet portrait to life.

• Hands-On Practice: ✋ Enjoy dedicated time to work independently on your own pet portrait while receiving personalized guidance and support.

• Materials: Choose between two options:

  • Student Provides Own Supplies: 💼 $35

  • All Supplies Provided: 🎨 $45 (for in-studio use)

• Pet Image: 🐾 Beth will provide a pet image for painting, or you can bring your own (contact Beth for guidelines).

Please bring:

• 📱 Smart pad or smartphone for references

• 🖼️ Arches 140# cold press paper: 1 sheet 8” x 10” and a few scraps for color studies

• 🖌️ Round watercolor brushes: Size 4 and 14

• 🖌️ Flat watercolor brush: 1/2” or 3/4"

• 🖌️ Liner or detail round watercolor brush: Approx. size 0-4

• 🎨 Watercolor paints (contact me for recommendations if purchasing)

• 🖋️ Invisible ink pen (optional)

• 📏 Masking tape

• 📐 Foam board, acrylic board, or gator board: Approximately 9" x 11"
