What Is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative journey where I do not take on the role of an advisor or expert in your life. Instead, I honor your expertise in your own experiences and choices. My role is to help you connect deeply with your emotions, needs, and desires, empowering you to identify the best steps to enhance your well-being.
I offer a non-judgmental coaching space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My only goal is to support you in building the life you want.
Coaching is not a one-size-fits-all process; it’s tailored to each individual. Your input and feedback are essential to shaping our work together as we move forward.
Coach Role
As your coach, I will:
Prioritize creating safety and trust in our relationship.
Help you clarify your goals, maintain focus, and adjust them as needed.
Support you in identifying your own solutions and strategies.
Encourage, support, and believe in you wholeheartedly.
Hold a non-judgmental space for exploration and growth.
Raise your self-awareness and help you recognize your values, feelings, needs, and desires.
Guide you toward self-empowerment and using your voice to advocate for yourself and your values.
Assist you in connecting with yourself as your best resource, capable of supporting and rescuing yourself.
With your permission, I may:
Interrupt when necessary to ensure clarity or refocus the conversation.
Reflect back what I hear to ensure mutual understanding.
Suggest homework or actions to deepen your progress.
I will also:
Hold you accountable.
Show up on time for sessions.
Communicate changes or reschedules within a 24-hour notice.
Client Role
As the client, your role is to:
Be honest, open, and willing to gain new insights and grow.
Take full accountability for your life, decisions, and actions—you are ultimately responsible for your results.
Commit to the coaching process and show up as your authentic self.
