This was painted from a photo I took at the Fayetteville Farmers Market, which I have been a member for twelve years. It was a Saturday morning. This Mom was across from my art booth, shopping for mushrooms. I just loved how this darling little boy was smooshed into his moms legs. It tugs at my mother heart strings. I took artistic license while painting this and had to add a basket of sunflowers (my favorite flower) on her arm, though in reality she was not holding any flowers.
